STEP 1 – Site Selection
First step is to choose the plot that you like from a number of choices available in our portfolio. You tell us your preferred locations, must have and nice to have preferences and we arrange a short list that we visit together for inspection.
STEP 2 – Design and Licensing
Once you have chosen the land, we are now ready to receive your input of how the house should look like and what special needs you might have. Once our architects have all the information, we prepare the design and take all necessary steps to acquire the required licenses from the Government to start the actual construction.
STEP 3 – Construction Works
Once we have all necessary licenses, we start the Site Preparation, Site Works, and then commencement of the actual house. We start with Foundation and then Construction of structural frame (either Metal or Concrete). We continue with walls/ rendering and then we conclude with finishes: floorings and Aluminium works, paintings, carpentry, installation of sanitary ware and finally we conclude the exterior works.
STEP 4 – Delivery to the client
Once all construction has finished, we clean the house internally and externally and we deliver it to the client.
